Children's Ministry
The Children's Ministry
of Mayfield Road Baptist Church strives to provide an effective education
program by providing early Christian teaching by workers for children
through 12 years of age or grade 6.
 The program includes Sunday School
Bible Study, Bible Drill, Missions, Music, Fellowship, Extended Care, and
Kids Worship-- all guiding preschoolers and children toward Christian
conversion and church membership.
The ministry of this
program also makes it possible for parents of preschoolers and children to
worship and participate in the church program in confidence that their
children are receiving proper care.

Bed Babies through
Kindergarten meet in the Preschool Suite.

First graders through sixth
graders meet in Education Wing B.
|
Kids Worship
Children ages four
through third grade are dismissed during Sunday morning worship to the
Education Wing for a kid-friendly worship time led by dedicated, Christian
teachers.
E.T.C. Extended
Teaching Care
For Bed Babies through
three-year-olds, care continues in the Preschool Suite providing teaching
and child care for preschoolers every Sunday morning during worship.
Children's Missions

Mission Friends is a
Women's Missionary Union (WMU) missions organization for preschoolers
ages two through Kindergarten and meets Sundays at 5:30 p.m. in the
Preschool Suite. Preschoolers become aware of God's love, and they learn
that others need to hear about this good news! Activities center around
learning, praying, giving, and doing missions.

Girls
in Action (GA) is a WMU missions education organization for girls in grades
one through six and meets Sundays at 5:30 p.m. GA helps girls to begin
developing spiritually toward a missions lifestyle as they learn what God
is doing in the world and to discover their place in God's plan.

Royal Ambassadors
(RA) is a North American Mission Board missions education organization
for boys in grades one through six and meets Sundays at 5:30 p.m. The RA
motto, "We are ambassadors for Christ," not only gives the
organization its name, but also gives the boys and leaders a lifestyle
goal.

The Music Ministry of
Mayfield Road Baptist Church extends also to our children! We offer
both vocal and instrumental
musical opportunities.
